International Return Conditions:

You can return the products by sending them to us within fifteen (15) days from the date of your order, provided that they have not been used.

In the return process, the shipping fees and the Customs duties in Turkey belong to the customer.

You must use DHL cargo company for your returns. Returns with a different cargo company will not be accepted.

Return Terms:

You can request a return of the products you have purchased on Atelieraliz.com (in parts or in whole) by sending them to us within fifteen (15) days from the date of your order, provided that they have not been used.

In the return process, the shipping payment belongs to the customer.

After we receive your cargo, if the product has not been used, your return will be processed, and the refund will be made to the Credit Card you used for the transaction within 15 days at the latest.

No returns are accepted from our physical stores for online purchases.

Exchange Conditions:

We do not offer an exchange process. Only returns are accepted. After filling out a return request, you can place a new order for the product you desire.

How Do I Cancel or Return?

To cancel or request a refund for your order, create an online request from your Membership Account. If you're not a member, you need to register to initiate the return process.

Pack the products securely in their original packaging along with your printed e-archive invoice and ensure the product label remains intact. Your invoice was sent to your email address as an e-archive invoice after your order. For any inquiries, contact our customer service at +90 543 303 85 06 during working hours.

Inspection and Warranty Coverage:

If you encounter a problem with the products in your order that you believe is not caused by consumer mishandling, you can return the product within the designated return period (15 days) along with your invoice and our agreement code.

Product Review Period:

The review process for your returned product will be completed within 15 business days at the latest, and you will be notified accordingly.

Product Review and Rejection Result:

If a production-related issue is identified during the inspection, your product will be either exchanged or refunded based on your preference. In the case of a user-related problem, the product will be returned to your registered address in the system.
