What should I do if I encounter a damaged package during delivery?

During shipping by cargo, damage to products may occur due to cargo. For this reason, you should pay attention to whether there is any crushing, tearing and wetting in the package while receiving the product. In such a situation, you should not take the cargo and make a report to the cargo authority.

  

How many days is the product replacement period?

Our exchange period is 7 days.

  

Do I pay shipping fee for product replacement?

You can send us cargo to our address on the site by paying only 15 TL shipping fee with Yurtiçi Kargo.

  

In how many days will the product I send for exchange be delivered to my address?

After the product is checked, your change will be made within 7 working days and will be sent to you again.

  

How should I send the product to be returned?

Returns must be made in original packaging.

In cases where any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use and other conditions are detected in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in the state it was delivered to the buyer, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.

  


What should I do if the product I purchased is faulty?

Due to any problem arising from the product, the customer has the right to return the product, free shipping, free exchange, gift voucher or free repair if the customer notifies the defective goods within 30 days from the delivery date. After your returns, you can use your gift vouchers as cash for 1 year as you wish.

  

In how many days will I be refunded when I cancel my order?
