How can I place an order from abroad?

There is no cash on delivery option for international orders. You can choose international shipping after creating your order by providing your address. After adding your orders to the cart, you can select DHL for international shipment. However, please note that international shipping is not free.

How are international shipping fees calculated?

International shipping fees are predefined in our system. The shipping fee is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package. We ship our international orders using DHL. Products prepared by DHL are usually delivered within 2-3 business days. For urgent orders and information regarding shipping fees, you can contact customer service via WhatsApp at +90 538 955 43 80.

Will I have to pay customs duties?

Every country has its own customs duty regulations. Customs duties may be applied for purchases above 50 Euros in European countries. To avoid customs duties for large purchases, you can request the products to be shipped in different packages. While we have not encountered any customs issues in the countries we have shipped to so far, we do not accept responsibility for packages not being delivered due to customs-related issues. In case the product is returned to Turkey due to other reasons (such as incorrect address, incorrect name, absence during delivery, etc.), the outbound and return shipping fees will be deducted from the customer.

Exchange and Return Policy

Our international shipping operations are carried out exclusively with DHL. You must use DHL courier company for returns and exchanges. Returns and exchanges through a different courier company will not be accepted.

Exchange and Return Period

You have a 15-day period for exchanges and returns. Within this period, you can return your product to us with its original packaging and invoice.

Shipping and Customs Fees

Shipping costs and customs taxes arising from return and exchange fees are paid by the customer.
